The Clients (YHN and NCC) require the provision of a Newcastle upon Tyne citywide 'domestic void energy management service'. Each year YHN manages approximately 1,800 void properties, with each subject to various checks, remedial works, and cleaning to ensure its suitability for the next customer. It is vital utilities supply is not interrupted and, that any historic debt does not preclude a new customer from accessing gas and electricity or prevent YHN from carrying out compliance checks at the start of customers tenancies.
