Luminate Education Group ('the College') is seeking to purchase of the following workstation: Pneumatics Workstation, as detailed in Appendix C - Workstation Specification, please refer to the attached ITT. The procurement process is being undertaken via the in-tend (to add the link), under accelerated open procedure under Regulations 27 (5), 28 (10) and 29 (10) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, due to urgency. Additional information: The procurement process will make use of the In-Tend procurement portal which is available to any registered company. Tenders are invited from any suitably qualified supplier who can meet the College's needs and the contract will be awarded in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement.
