PME3924 - Audio Visual System

Description

The Council are looking to engage with an experienced contractor to provide and install audio-visual systems and provide continuation of high-quality music availability for funeral services. The equipment needs to be installed in several rooms within the Streetly Crematorium to enable music, webcasting, slideshows and videos to be played in chapel via the existing screen or other equipment available. The new system must include a supplementary maintenance support service and enable some level of integration with existing council systems. We will be holding this PME (Pre-market Engagement) as a supplier open day in person. This is an opportunity for suppliers to offer insight into what/how work may be undertaken and ask us for additional details. Please respond via correspondence of your intention to attend.
