Pre-Market engagement for Pump Rooms roof restoration

Warwick District Council (WDC) is looking to carry out pre market engagement for a Principal Contractor for the replacement of roof mounted mechanical plant, replacement of flat roof covering, replacement of 6 no rooflights, necessary repairs to masonry, windows, roof lanterns, roof coverings and internal repairs located at the Royal Pump Rooms. We are looking for feedback from the market as to the achievability of the currently identified requirements, as well as any additional considerations and opportunities that should be included.
