The lead Council, on behalf of 8 local authorities in Northern Ireland (named in this notice) 'Consortium', has awarded the contract to Marston Holdings Ltd who was deemed to be a suitably qualified and experienced economic operator 'Bidder', following an open tender competition, for the provision of a car park management / off street parking enforcement and penalty charge notice ‘PCN’ processing service. Upon notification of award of this joint procurement exercise each council member of the Consortium will enter into individual contracts with the successful Bidder. Each council will have responsibility for the day to day management of their respective contracts.
