College of West Anglia - Replacement of Boilers

Description

The College is looking to replace the existing natural gas boilers in one of its buildings at the King's Lynn site. The successful tenderer will manage and oversees the entire project, including but not limited to; a full detailed design for the whole system, supply and installation of new boiler, flue system, plate heat exchanger, pressurisation system, pipework modifications, dosing of system, adaptation and updating of the Building Management Systems, insulation of pipework, builders work and commissioning, in line with the new boiler installation. The successful tenderer will be the Principal Designer and Principal Contractor as defined by the CDM regulations. They will be expected to progress with the College's feasibility study (overall design brief) and implement all works to a successful conclusion.
