Maidstone Borough Council (MBC) are looking to procure a contractor to carry out the demolition and site clearance services for the Former Royal Mail Sorting Office and Cantium House project. A planning application has recently been submitted for the demolition and redevelopment of the site to provide a residential-led, mixed use scheme to deliver 217 residential units, commercial space and public realm enhancements. The appointed demolition contractor will work alongside the council's Employer's Agent, Martin Arnold, to ensure the works are carried out in line with the anticipated planning permission and any associated conditions.
