The aim of the service is to provide a comprehensive patient-centered adult Audiology AQP service which will include the provision of hearing aids for age related hearing loss (non-complex) in-line with national guidance (NICE) and local requirements for the patients registered with a GP practice within the boroughs of Brent, Ealing, Harrow, Hammersmith and Fulham, Hounslow, Kensington and Chelsea, and Westminster.<br/>The contract period is for 3 Years -commencing on 1st April 2024 to 30th March 2027 plus Option to Extend 24 months (2 years)
