HEIW have a leading role in the education, training, development, and shaping of the healthcare workforce, supporting high-quality care for the people of Wales. The Dental Postgraduate Section of HEIW are seeking training provider(s) to provide quality training in Adult & Paediatric Basic Life Support & Management of Common Medical Emergencies to dental professionals based in NHS dental practices throughout Wales. All NHS dental practices are inspected by Healthcare Inspectorate Wales (HIW) and the inspection process is underpinned by national health care regulations and standards that set out key expectations of the training undertaken by dental professionals to ensure patient safety.
