Description

Pilot at an individual property in Dorset. We are looking for a single contractor who will be responsible for the whole project, must be able to work in with and certify to PAS2035 standards. Sub contracting elements is acceptable. 1. New Roof 2. Relocation of Bathroom downstairs to enable us to keep this a three bed property. 3. New kitchen 4. Removal of ground floor and installing insulation and new floor 5. Removal of staircase 6. Re-wire to the complete property 7. Installation of internal wall insulation 50mm, plasterboard, skim and decoration. 8. New doors and lining throughout, skirting and architrave . 9. Installation of new staircase 10. Removal of the first floor to allow continuous insulation from ground to first floor and installing new floor throughout first floor. 11. Installation of an Air Source heating system 12.
