Hertfordshire County Council (the 'Council') have an area of land in South Oxhey that they would like developed into Extra Care Housing. The Council is carrying out Expressions of Interest for this opportunity for the Extra Care Housing Development Opportunity at Sir James Altham site, South Oxhey. The Council will consider the feedback received to help inform the Council's options and further decision making. For the avoidance of doubt, this stage of the project is not part of a formal process and the Council is not committing, at this stage, to carrying out such a process. Participation or non-participation in the Expression of Interest shall not prevent any provider participating in a potential future agreement, nor is it intended that any information supplied as part of the Expression of Interest shall place any provider at an advantage in any potential future process. Participation in the Expressions of Interest will be at each organisation's own cost. No expense in responding to this will be reimbursed by the Council.
