NHS Bath and North East Somerset Integrated Care Board ("BSW") is commissioning a Hospice provision for children and young people including medically supported short respite breaks, symptom management, stepped discharge from hospital, emergency and end-of-life care. BSW is directly awarding a contract to the existing provider Children's Hospice South West in accordance with the criteria outlined in Regulation (9) of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
