Contract for the Development of Mountview, Congleton

Cheshire East Council is seeking to procure a provider to design, build, finance and operate two specialist housing schemes at Mountview, Congleton, CW12 4YF. Cheshire East Council are seeking submissions which are compliant with the mandatory elements outlined in the procurement documentation, which can evidence a clear approach to planning, development and the management of specialist accommodation. The care to be provided in these units will be commissioned separately to this tender. Mountview is located on the outskirts of Congleton and is a former care home and day service. Cheshire East are looking to develop a site which promotes independent living and can meet the needs of those with learning disabilities and complex needs. The 36 month contract term is for the purposes of the development agreement. The successful tenderer will also be expected to enter into a long-term nomination agreement with Cheshire East Council.
