SMP Alliance - Pavement Testing

On behalf of SMP Alliance (comprising Balfour Beatty Civil Engineering Ltd, bmJV (a joint venture between BAM Nuttall Ltd and Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure Ltd), Costain Ltd, Fluor Ltd, Jacobs UK Ltd and WSP UK Ltd) working with National Highways we are inviting expressions of interest for the PAVEMENT TESTING. This notice covers National Highways CBR Testing for the M1 North on the National Emergency Area Retrofit (NEAR) Schemes. In some circumstances it is our primary intention to utilise in-house expertise or existing arrangements, and as such we may only use this exercise for contingency where capacity and/or schedule and resource dictates that we seek external support. This notice will remain live for one week, however, SMP Alliance reserves the right to extend or reopen this notice thereafter, or to otherwise provide future opportunity for further registration with regards this scope of works. SMP Alliance will not be bound to issue any invitation to tender to any party at any time and reserves the right to seek quotations from all / some / none of the prequalified suppliers at its sole discretion.
